  • hey question, i'm going to Charleston, SC in April, what is a good spot for some CSX Rail Fanning there? If anybody can answer my question for me i would appreciate it, thanks

  • I'm from McCormick, South Carolina. I used to go Plum Branch all the time but stopped going recently. U live in Plum Branch, u betta have a car or a reliable ride if u wanna go places. And it country as hell down there.

  • i live in plum branch! there is only 98 ppl that live in my town!

  • i live close to this like 5 miles. nothing but country

  • Was that a Dash-8 40CW?

  • ya it is pretty neat

  • Working in Greenwood, I see CSX trains everyday. This is on the former Atlantic Coastline track. It used to go right through the middle of Greenwood until a track was built a few yards from Kateway Road behind the Covidien plant off of the Abbeville Sub, crossing over Hwy72/221 back onto the original track. This was in 1973.

  • That train is Q693. I saw it downtown Augusta a little later on. Q693 almost had a head-on collision with NS train 156 who had the block to go through town.

  • That's a mixed freight train.

  • WHAT THE?... Did you notice that the audible signal stopped BEFORE the train crossed? Sure glad there are no blind people living in S.C.! ... or MAYBE THAT'S WHY!
