I watched parts of the rest of the film... Too bad they weren't able to sustain the level of quality of the opening here all throughout the film. Because it does start promising, now doesn't it?

@12chapin cant cause they were looking for clues as to what happened and who did this,and wonder if it had any connections to the sewers and also they wanted to know if its possible they can get good reception on there cell-phone and see if there's a nearest starbucks close by and to see if there's any survivors.

this movie was before Silent Hill 1 came out. and it has a lot of similarities.
