She absolutely does, but sometimes it's necessary to dub over with prerecordings when the original doesn't work out right. (Especially in The Winner Takes It All, where they recorded near water. You can see the challenge they would face trying to salvage audio original audio with waves in the backround) Meryl sang most if not all of her songs as she acted the scenes, and then it was edited. Some of what you're hearing in the movie is the original recording, some has been dubbed in later.

haha, I too was shocked when I bought the DVD, I thought that they must of had so much fun making this movie and there would be so many bloopers. But then again, it's a relatively new movie, there may be a "bonus bumper pack extra loaded DVD pack" still to come out haha!

You know I think this is very funny .. But I was a bit sad when I bought my copy of the DVD that this was all the outtakes they out on the dvd... I was really hoping there would be more then this.. And with some of the other actors also .. I mean look at the movie and the cast you know they have reels of bloopers from shooting they could have given us at least 5 minutes worth instead of less then 2 min... I think they need to make a Mamma Mia bloopers CD.... I would buy it...
