Presumably because her last night was actually July 20th, not July 1st. She most likely was just so exhausted by that point that I would imagine that having to do menial things like this (considering how hoarse she already was in this clip not to mention the fact that she was still performing in LBTM on a regular basis then) was just adding more stress to what she was probably already feeling. She looks exhausted in this clip and I can only imagine how she actually felt while filming this.
