I'm English and took an ancestry dna test which shown that i was of strong Netherlands descent (from where many Saxons came). I would much rather be of strong warrior Anglo-Saxon stock than of weedy, pale red headded celtic shits any day!

FOr me this is the best cast ever assembled for a movie and their portrayals were second to none! this is the best version of King Arthur ever! I only wish we could get some sort of prequal, but I know that can't happen. & this music sends me right to the rolling green, misty mountains of the UK! let me die there, too!

@generationaluv Very true.... But not much of the UK still looks like it did when this film was set: in the 5th Century ad.... Most of Britain is now covered by urban sprawl and motorways.... I know which Century I would rather live in.

@5thcenturyad I am from the US, but have been to Scotaln in 02 & England in 10. I must say that there still is a lot of open space there...surprisingly so. at least what I saw. I guess what I like about the UK is how there are land ordances that set finite city limts addn then, bam! there is open space. here it is not like that. we have urban, suburban then rural but nothing is demaracted.

@Wattbo If you enjoy a movie, even an obviously really really bad one, doesn't that mean that it has a good quality to it? Because a true bad movie is something you just don't want to watch or pay any attention to. You know, like watching paint dry. However watching that movie is a unique and very fun experience that will make you break your back in laughter. That's what's good about it!
