@lalala13nhc I don't beleive so unless the people in the apartment all put some money into buying them...I lived in building 1 of Patterson and we had little laundry houses all around the complex, I never visited anyone at Chatham or Vista so I wouldn't know, but honestly using the on site laundry isn't bad I mean you'll be wearing your uniform more then anyother cloths you bring and with the unifore you can have the laundry place at your Cast services wash it no problem.
