Satan is a fallen angel, a covering cherub to be precise. 2/3 of the angels fell with him. Also, demons are not fallen angels. Demons are disembodied spirits that seek embodiment (thousands that Jesus cast out of a man pleaded with Him to allow them to enter into some swine).

Angels don't have that problem, however. They have bodies.
