This is a wonderful and simple act of what I call spritual activism. While attending peace rallies, I would arrive early and lay columns of light for protection and safety. I meditated on ways to get others to join me, but there was too much anger. THIS is a great solution and an easy way for us to come together from different points on the planet.

why is the water important. also is it normal to feel an upset stomach?

water helps hydrate the body and clear out negative cells that are no longer needed, plus your body is mainly made of water so keep replacing it after any tapping.

Upset tummy is also where negative cells are released from the stomach. The stomach is where we all feel the emotion of fear so any tapping will shift your stomach energy and you may experience some 'release' which indicates that the stomach is healing... happy days for you so keep tapping! hope it helps....
