  • absolutely circuit is good but need to work on form, And boxing is not good b/c u need to work on technique, like turning ur hips on ur punches and keepinh hands up.

  • Nice combo and cardio. Please remove your MMA gloves during the kettlebell exercises. They reduce your grip and therefore your from. Take 45seconds between the kettlebell and the kickboxing part to put on your gloves, catch up your breath. You'll have then the energy to do 2 minutes kickboxing with good technique instead of 40s.

  • Kettlebell form is awful.. You need some serious corrections in your technique before you hurt yourself.. Kettlebell lifting is an art not a trend!

  • she ducks with her hands down... she probably isnt doing this to fight anyone anytime soon and just as a good workout but just saying.

  • good circut, she has good cardio/endurance

  • she needs to snap her hips or she'll hurt herself

  • I hope she is new at this.
