  • 25lbs of muscle in 6 months? Yeah ok buddy...IMPOSSIBLE

  • if i do this will it make me gain lots of fat as well? because i want to get ripped fast and ive been weight lifting for about a year but no major gains. i need to get big and lean and i would like to know what you would recommend me do for that? what about the 21 day fast mass routine?

also i would like to limit my fat gains wile bulking up because i just recently lost 40lbs of fat and would like not to go back to what i was before.

  • How many times a day do you drink these shakes and do you drink them after workout or during? also is the protein powder a must? or can you use every else you just used and skip the powder, cause it gives you skin problems :D

  • 25 lbs of muscle is impossible in 6months, either most of that was fat, or u put in sum steroids in that shake

  • Oh to add to my comment below, I need the protein, im just not getting enough thats why i wanted to drink shakes. I plan on working out 1-2 hours 4 times a week. I'm a girl btw so thats why i wouldn't want to gain muscle or more fat. I have PCOS again irrelevant to my question, but the condition makes me gain weight from being insulin resistant and makes it really hard to lose it. Thats why i do not want to take a powder to gain more of it. Sorry for the long question.

  • I know this is irrelevant to gaining muscle mass, but im trying to lose weight and because im insulin resistant i need a high intake of protein to slow down my glucose.. anyways, im not really fluent into protein powder speak<< I bought this powder you have shown, im not trying to gain any muscle just slim down is this a good choice still as a meal replacement? Again, im in no way wanting to gain muscle. :) Thank you

  • peanut budda...

  • hey play it again sam..are you a gannnngster ?

  • I was taking powder weight gainer but I hate all the bloating, stomach cramps, and upset stomach that is associated with some weight gainers. Have u had any of these problems with this recipe?

  • @justincredible7886

yeah I felt bloated a lot, but I think it was from taking in so many calories in general and not necessarily from the shakes alone although lately i started making this recipe with water instead of milk and it seems to digest very easily

  • one question, do have to drink this when u work out or is it for whenever, i would like to know wat you do

  • @Phonerader

I make this shake and divide it into 2 servings so that each serving is about 550 calories and then I would drink one between breakfast and lunch, then another between lunch and dinner and then I would drink a full 1100 calorie shake at night before bed and for awhile I was even waking up around 2:00 a.m. and drinking a 550 calorie serving. I had these in addition to eating 4 meals per day. Hope that helps bro...good luck.

  • @brianroyfitness you wouldnt take this instead of your protein tho right?

  • how many carbs

  • I have some questions.I have recently been lifting weight for a few days now and before then i have never even touched one.I was wondering if you can give me pointers.I can bench press 225 pounds about 35 times depending on the day but what weight dumbells should i use? I work on my fathers farm and i also work primarily as a diesel mechanic so i have gotten all my strength from those two and i am 6 foot 5 in case that helps. What should i eat?

  • how many calories in this

  • @henryflanker7

    1100 calories

  • @brianroyfitness thanks bud

  • Thanks bro. Tried this recipe today and I actually forgot I was drinking a protein shake it was so good. I am also a hardgainer and when would you recommend me drinking these throughout the day? Morning, After Workout, or Before bed?

  • @WiNSHiPx

yeah all those times you mentioned would be a good time to drink them and if you wake up in the middle of the night to take a piss, slam one down...that worked well for me, I would just make an extra shake around bedtime and put it in the fridge so it was ready for me when I woke up

  • gain weight or gain muscle mass cauise i want to be able to lift a lot more

  • @footballplyer73

You will gain muscle and possibly some fat. It really all depends on your metabolism. I gained almost all muscle because I have a very fast metabolism.

  • @brianroyfitness how do a person knows how fast their metabolism is

  • @footballplyer73

if you're skinny and have always been skinny no matter how much you eat then it's very fast and if you get fat easily then it's very slow. ideally you want to be somewhere in the middle where if you eat good and train hard with weights you gain muscle easily and put on minimal fat.

  • Nice recipe. I kinda do the same thing, but with just 1 banana, 1/2 cup of oatmeal and adding 1 tsp of honey and 2-3 egg whites.

    Taste is really good.

  • @breakeron

I'm gonna try the honey...thanks for the idea bro, I was trying to think of a healthy way to sweeten it up a bit

  • once again great job dude !!!!! yes these gaining shakes are helping me a lot as i m a hard gainer .....i have tried them n they work great but i make sure that i do heavy weight training along with them otherwise it will make u fat ......
