  • I would take a careful look at his back shoulder and elbow.. I think it's just a bit high for comfort there! Would want your back elbow to be about 45 - 60 degrees from your body! Also I'd say that on his loading "backward movement" he is slightly unbalanced probably why he rushes the movement. I'd get him to practice balancing on the back foot and for strength squats and lunges

  • Excellent points! Please visit the headontheball testimonial page and see the testimonial from Coach Paul Arnone. Many of the things you are seeing are corrected via use of the visor by relaxing the feet due to focus on the flight path of the ball.

  • Concerning the elbow he does drop it into the swing. I also prefer a loose rear elbow for power thrust into the V formation but this isn't one of my students. He is coached by GC Matson of Oak Grove. The "Heat" were the MO Major State Champions beating MacNSeitz for the title!!

  • My son is using this product. He is a Jr. in College playing for a High level D2 School. He was unsure at first but he now see's how well it trains his eyes to stay focused on the ball.

I decided I wanted to put the product on my web site.
