As someone who leans to the left I see Ron Paul as the best chance to cleanse gov't of the terrible greed and underhand corruption that has pulled America down for decades. Even if you don't agree with all he says, I think people know he is genuine and incorruptible. He has no fear and will do the things he says or will die trying. He takes no pension and has no lobbyist. He is a genuinely good man who will pull gov't out of the way. Who else could you honestly trust? He is a good start.

I have been supporting RP since 07'. I must say that I never thought his popularity would ever reach this level. I have been cynical about his chances because of the evil that stands in the way. I live in Norway, which is farther from US than England is, both in terms of distance and culture (language, traditions etc), and still I just cannot maintain the status quo of the "observer from the outside". Ron Paul is the only presidential candidate worthy of the candidacy, thus he has my support.

@aaron8862006 wanna get more scared? I'm a leftist. Not as active anymore as I was, but the principles still are there. And yet I support Ron Paul. Why? Well, for one, he is unique among presidential candidates that he comes DIRECTLY from the people, unlike the others who long before reaching that post have made oaths of allegiance to who knows what. Ron stems from the very roots of the country. Meaning if/when he wins, he WON'T back down on his words like every president has so far.

If Ron Paul wins, there is so much that needs to be done to restore our country, and restore pride in the people, and I truely believe he is the only candidate that will take the necessary steps. We will have a rough 2 years at first, but in the end we will be a stronger nation. So much needs to be done, begining with restoring the Constitution.

He's a 'belief', that supports fair democracy and truth. I support that belief, so if i cant promote the politician in your country, il promote the belief.

Its not just about us bombing.. I'm just amazed that Ron Paul has supporters from all around the world. In the past you couldn't even get people from this country to vote, Now all around the world I see support for Ron Paul, which shows 2 things 1. The message of freedom is powerful 2. The long arm of the US military can be felt all around the world and people don't like it which leads me back to #1 I always hear what a terrible world we live in but it's not what regular people want

I have to say that as Progressive I dont agree with Ron Paul Economics, but ive got to say that in 2012 he really is the only choice for Progressives as no Democrat is challenging Obama, and Obama has shown himself to be a war-mongering Wallstreet Democrat, Ron Paul wants to end the wars, and pull the US out of the WTO, NAFTA and GATT as well as de-crimanalise drugs, these things alone should make all Progressives Ron Paul supporters.

Why don't you think that he would make a good president? I think that he is the best candidate to make cuts to spending because he wants to take away from both parties by cutting military spending and eventually doing away with entitlements. If any other GOP candidate had been associated with those Ron Paul news letters the media would have crucified them by now. It would have been brutal. If Newt Gingrich had put out those letter he would have been toast. Same for Romney. Imagine if Sara Palin had put out those news letters??? Why does the media give Ron Paul a pass on this??

He is Pro-Constitution of the United State. He is against The Federal Reserve, He want people to have their Privacy/Personal lives without the Fed Govt hands in it. ... back in the 1980's... there was NO INTERNET.... he had to receive those letter by FAX, MAIL or be handed to him. He was/is a DOCTOR that back then was busy saving lives and helping people. The problem is that the MEDIA (bias) will try to squash Ron Paul or any rep that stands against corruption, lies, injustices and white collar crimes.

The media IS trying to crucify him. It's just Ron Paul is so squeaky clean that this is the worst "dirt" they could come up with. Think about it, a newsletter that RP didn't even write mind you, that someone else wrote that he wasn't aware of until it was brought to his attention. This was also 20 years ago and if you KNOW RP, he is NOT a racist, he admires Martin Luther King Jr. and if you see the Compassion ad, you know that these "racist" attacks are weak.

Most politicians have never done anything accept run for the next office and there for are extremely cheesy and hard to accept. Ron Paul is like my grandpas shag carpet.
