It´s from FF 8, called "The Extreme" and it plays during the final fight against ultimecia.

what's nice about cloud is when he's at limit break mode, bcoz he's normal attacks can do "guard break" :)

The numbers are Break Points, which determine the amount of damage you do to the opponent with your HP attack.

The HP Bar is right below the Break Points

The most notable thing you see when they level up is that their HP and Brave go up. They also get more skills. The strength of the HP attack is based on the brave points you have (the numbers on top of the HP bar).

But you need to have high attack to even be able to get bp. And that goes up a lot with equipment. And the best equipment is always made through trade. :( Makes it so hard to find the materials (Yes I have the game)
