Most people that work customer service(IE: gas stations, fast food .etc) get paid minimum or near minimum wage, they take the job not because it's their life's ambition but because they flunked high school and it's the only job they can get, they NEED to do it to live, they don't like it and they deal with a lot of customers that are waymore pisy than you were in this video, they're not trying to do a job, they're trying to live.

I don't work with people anymore, but when I did it wasn't because I wanted to be there. Most people are rude, inconsiderate, and abusive toward public service workers. I had to work there because I had little education and experience in my current profession. As for the Prozac, I take it now, but I couldn't afford to see a psychiatrist as a waitress. Take that into consideration.

Totally agree.I work at a hospital and I just can't be rude with people no matter how annoying they are because it is my freacking job.I might have a bad day but I leave it outside the hospital cause my patients are not responsible for my crap.So why is it that I go to a store or anywhere and the employees are like 'what the f*ck do you want? I live in Ottawa, ON, Canada. And its an actual fact that our public transit system is the worst system in the entire country. The bus drivers are SO rude, they're never on time. One time, after attending the annual Ottawa Zombie walk, as my bus was approaching me for me to go home, the bus driver looked at me, shook his head and drove right the fuck past me. WTF!?
