My brother is there traveling(in Toronto now), and I sent him message to involve himself.My family(8 of us, 6 non adult at time) were homeless since our home was destroyed by missals, and our second, refugee home(camp for one thousand woman and children) was burned down with napalm bombs before 19 years.Its so hard to lose your home, toys and family memories but ignorance is the worst disease of today times...Thank you folks, send me any further info in private msg.Ivica, Dubrovnik; Croatia
While I wholeheartedly applaud this effort our Social Services Canada need be doing this.
We need to get back to kitchen table social services. Many street people don't know how to access or use the services available to them. We need to get the welfare workers out of their offices and out on the streets where they can actually help people.
This is what we as human r made for to help eachother and make sure noone around us suffers... This might be one of the best things u guys have ever done and I'll be more than happy to be part of it next time may Allah, God, Bagwaan, or any name u call him bless u and hive u guys the power to do more... Love u all...
