I am going to go with the Megalodon. They were about the same size but Basilosaurus did not have the damage inflicting and wide jaws that the Meg had. The Meg also had girth. Let's face it, the true test would be a Meg v a Mosasaur v Predator X. Those are the top 3 known apex predators of all time. They would each make lunch out of Bailosaurus, though Bail might still be the most formidable whale of all time. I bet we haven't even discovered many of the baddest.

The life span is estimated to be 40 years and up. And just by looking at its teeth, you know its large. Fossil evidence also shows it preyed on whales. Meg's size estimate is outdated, based on the largest tooth and using the latest and most agreed upon size estimation methods put the owner of said tooth at a lenght of 68 ft and 100+ tonnes, max sized meg could very well be larger still, mabe 75tf +, there is no telling as larger teeth are being uncovered every now and then.
