@DreamsTornAsunder You won't believe this, but it's gone! Some idiot decided it was time to change the terminology :-) so we ended up with the DML (instead of DSL) and a place they simply call "hardware spares" (instead of DHS). It's my opinion that they broken something that worked perfectly well. Some ITIL v2 stuff actually makes more sense than ITIL v3 LoL. Ah well, I'm glad I don't own ITIL, but merely teach the stuff ... All the best and thanks for asking - IBB
Marco has the best ITIL videos available online - this stuff should have been available years ago! Finally someone that actually shares some knowledge in ITSM space - the rest of the course providers either seem to sit on it, charge a fortune and only copy it from others! Way to go IsleBeeBach!
