calibra turbo 4x4 vs fiat coupe 20v turbo [srt-eltus.com]

I owned a fiat coupe 20VT Limited Edition and a calibra 2.0 4x4.

i could say that fiat is slower in the first 20 meters, but then... bye bye calibra!

fiat coupe has a much better Cx than calibra, aerodynamics is with fiat...

with a repro, fiat achieves easily 280km/h. so, it is all said.

in stock fiat achieves 260km/h. calibra achieves 240km/h, dont forget that 4x4 limits his speed.

by the way, i love this 2 cars... but we have to say the true! Fiat it is the better car between this 2...

fiat coupe is fastest in aceleration, 4x4 start obiusly are better, and in hight speed calibra owns because is a very aerodinamic car, but in 2-3-4gears fiat owns

i like both cars, but personally id rather have a coupe. and both cars to 60 are pretty much the same, 6 for the coop and 6.2 for the cali. but to a 100mph a C20LEt 4 cyl just doesnt have the umph as the 5 cyl 2.0. The calibra does it in 16.5?? the coop 14.5 secs. and because its 4x4 its loosing power over the rev range. so on paper the coop is better !

fiat has no turbo, if it has, the driver isn´t a good driver, or the calibra is tunning.

calibra is turbo too... its 4x4 2.0 turbo 204HP ;) that is why it's faster then fiat... but calibra could be moded

was that a 20v turbo or non turbo? the calibra is 80kg heavy has 20 less hp 26lbs less torque a shit 4wd system thats wastes power and is 3 sec slower to 100mph manufacturers figures so either it was a non turbo fiat coupe or it was fucked or someone wasted a shit load of money tuning calibra shed

Really...??it has a 2.0 lit turbo engine, 207 HP and 4WD...Fiat has no chance vs calibra.

a standard fiat coupe has 220hp so again calibra is not as quick.

i like vauxhall's and fiat's and no standard calibra will be quicker than a standard 20v turbo coupe

Eventhough it has 20 more HP, it`s not 4WD as the Calibra..so they both an identical 6.2 sec from 0-60 mph.

But the C 20 LET engine, designed by Cosworth is far more tuneable and reliable...i like both cars too...I doown a Calibra Turbo..but 20V Fiat is hard to find in mint condition.

@doodydean Fiat Coupe has 220 hp and FWD...stock Calibra has 205 HP but it`s 4x4 AWD.

@doodydean it depends on driver and on the condition of engine.. calibra in excelent condition can be faster than fiat in realy bad contition, but this looks like customed calibra. It's my opinion, I don't know the condition of than cars.. ;o)

calibra jest 4x4 moc jest taka sama ale niestety fwd nigdy nie będzie miało szans z 4x4. nie lubię opli a zwłaszcza nie lubie Calibry ale dla tego auta szacun :) mało jest aut seryjnych które dają radę coupetce ;) aha czy to na pewno jest 20vt czy może 16vt ? ;) bo to różnica
