There are different ways to get Silent Assassin. I stole a SWAT uniform off an already dead guard, went outside to see a man jump off a building and to avoid a SWAT squad and re-entered, sprinting past a SWAT checkpoint and knocking out one patroling a hallway leading to the front door. Then I ran outside and to the car.
