Marriage between related individuals does not only have -ve impact on this evolution but also compromises the gene pool for the offspring. There shouldn't be inter caste marriage between khas and mongoloid race. but khas can intermarry with dalit. But Race is different. In Nepal we have 3 races.

All the political powers have been held by #2 for last 240+ years. The caste system arrived in Nepal after the invasion of Aryan Licchavis who overthrew Kirat dynasty in 330 AD.

Lord Buddha was born in Nepal over 2500+ years ago. He came to Kathmandu valley during King Jitedasti. King Jitedasti was a 7th King from Kirat dynasty. And yeah Indian King Ashoka never ruled Nepal because Kirat at that time were very strong. Kirat only succumbed to Licchavis in around 330AD during King Gasti who was 29th Kirat King. The Licchavis arrived from northern India and defeated the Kirat. It was the Licchavis who brought Brahmanical religion into Nepal.

Have you visited Northeastern States of India namely Assam, Sikkim, Nagaland, Tripura? Although the people in these States are technically INDIAN per their citizenship and nationalities , their race are Mongoloid.
