it looks cool, but what would you ever use it for that a computer couldn't already do in a more convenient way?

@fated2pretend True, but this isn't really meant to be used in a conventional way. Like the description said, it's more suited for use in a museum or lab, where multiple people can interact with it simultaneously. You can't do that with one monitor, keyboard, and mouse.
