Nice, but: It´s actually elijah came "in body"??? or espiritually???, if came in body??? he has to drink a lot of wine that night??? i mean HE HAVE TO GO EVERY SINGLE HOUSE AND DRINK FROM EVERY CUP?? IT IS TO MANY WINE!!!

You don't need a special cup to do this...my family invites Elijah to drink every year from our nice silver cup that my great-great-grandmother's family used in Austria..honestly, I bet a plastic cup would work on Passover.

This is a smart idea. It would be great if the writer would also create one of his other ideas such as the Afikoman detector. He wrote for Seinfeld, so naturally his ideas will be funny (and fun) too

My guess is he opens a lock from under the cup, but the wine goes into the base of the cup only when the base of the cup rests on the table pushing a release button.

I also think this is a great idea. The only thing is that I am sorry that I didn't think of it first. What a chap!!! The comment made by rrdd123 has the right idea. He touches a button on the bottom of the cup which triggers off the wine going into the bottom of the cup when it is placed on a table or on a flat surface.

I think that there is some "cup" on the bottom with he slides or moves something from the bottom, lettign the wine in the cup slowly leak into the hidden compartment.
Quite an ingenius idea and Im sure it will be a hit
