  • Mad props to the smoke-eaters out there.

  • 5:10 was flashover

  • i love being a jr fire fighter but sometimes its scary

  • @dispatch943 im becoming a jr next year, what do you do?

  • @musicislife8181 Theres only a few types of calls i can go on and right now i have my emt license and will b a paid fire fighter in a few yrs but other then that you learn to be a fire fighter

  • im 16 years old and i want to be a firefighter but it looks so scary .

  • @louiecord im applying for sandhurst academy

  • They go in two in two out on the engine company which fights the fire, two in for attack two out on rit team. Ladder companies are different when life is known to be in danger one man can go search cause you have two attack members in already and even if they went in two at a time they wont stay together holding hands they will seperate to cover more area faster. Thats why maltese crosses should be only red and not mixed with blue.

  • omgsh i cant even watch anymore of this movie. alot of my friends run with the fire companies around here and it scares the crap outta me just watching this.

  • Does anyone know where I can find the song in this scene....as he is walking into the church and recieving the medal of valor?

  • Flash over scene was badass.

  • the cpr scene was bull

  • @theycallmedwayne I called bull on it too. First of all, CRP works like, 5 percent of the time at best. Even then, your just keeping that persons heart and/or respirations going for them until they get to a hospital. They don't just magically wake up, cough, splutter and smile. It's never like what they show in movies. They are more likely to vomit, urinate and defecate themselves whilst remaining unconscious for a lengthly time.

    Just throwing that out there.

  • @aleigha0707 Not to mention when you have to clean the vomit out of their mouths so they don't drown in it. And then they puke on you. And then everything's just covered in puke and puke and more puke. Especially with cardiacs.

  • @kvltzilla Yes, absolutely. Even when a patient first goes into Cardiac Arrest, it's not a pretty picture. And that's when they are still lucid.

  • The guy who played that little boy goes to my school

  • He really should have stuck to the hose not search and rescue

  • Well this is just highly unrealistic. They need to change the woman that they rescue into a 350lb. woman that has managed to wedge herself in between the toilet and the bathtub. At least they got the floor right... Always in the back corner of the top floor.

  • "By Ladder to nowhere!" What Garbage??"

  • 4:50 and the seconds just before - he's trying to get out and realizes that the way out is burning; you can see in his face he recognizes that the room is about to go. He throws Jenny down and covers her with his body to shield her, and the room flashes. This is what I'm seeing here, but I'll pose the question: is this supposed to be a flashover? I was always under the impression that when the room flashes, EVERYTHING goes, and that it's pretty much just unsurvivable.

  • @yunleilei no, if a room flashes you can still survive, the lower you are to the floor, the better chance you have.

  • @LFDSETH Thank you! finally someone that knows what the fuck they are talking about.

  • I made up a story where my shed catches fire and I get trapped inside. Joaquin Phoenix hears what happens and comes to the rescue. My mother was frantic.

  • shoulda been a house or buildin or sumthin cuz shed's are pretty small not all that climatic

  • It was an average size shed and the fire was not that bad it was caused by a shortage in the light there,

  • @nocturnalsoul123 den y da hell u watchinq it?

  • this is nocturnalsoul just different name.......i wasnt talkin bout the movie i was talkin bout the dude's story where he gets trapped in a shed that caught fire

  • from 2:27 til 4:40 is probably the most realistic scene from the movie with very little visability from smoke and the feeling of being disoriented

  • @hellfighter4135 Ok how in the hell do you know : /

  • @thetuneupshow being in burning buildings has given me a pretty good idea

  • @hellfighter4135 true

  • you'd never catch me going in by myself...

  • okay why did he go in by himself..its always two in two out...he always goes by himself pretty stupid but all in all a good movie

  • @GirlsGutGutsTooFFEMT yeah youre right, they are stupid for going in by them selves, but we hear it all the time in the news, LODDs that someone was trying to be the hero and went into a dangerous situation by themselves, some guys and girls get in over their head and think the fire will never get them... sure its dumb, i mean we train to survive and train to work with somone but when the adriline is rushing, you know as well as i do that we do stupid things.... stay safe, FF/EMT from pa

  • its so pixelated...can you fix this and re upload please
