When I meditate on the 3rd Eye I feel this strange sensation in the middle of my forehead. It's pretty strong, kind of painful but not painful at the same time. It's like someone was ramming a needle into my forehead, pretty uncomfortable. The greater my focus is the stronger this sensation is. Have you experienced it? What is it?
Do not rush, Third eye can't be obtain in a short time, if you reached the limit of your pain, I mean you can't handle it, stop, then continue it the next day.

Hang a 12 X 12 inch approx mirror on the wall, pull a chair up to it. At arms length away, dim lights, and focus on the third eye area. @BleakCabaler ...it's your brain. the area of the front part of your brain is referenced by people to be your "third eye." We use that part of our brain to visualize, so if your concentrating on working any particular part of your body, and it's clear and focused, then of course it will go through some type of physical stress. It's like working out, when u lift weights, you want to concentrate on a particular muscle to get the best results. I get that feeling a lot when I'm thinking to myself.

The first time i did acid i was on a massive stretch of clear beach with two other mates, one also on acid and one who was stoned who was minding us. I spent most my trip there it was a warm day, the whole time everything felt connected to me, as if myself was part of the nature around me, all the shrub,sand,water,etc all was part of me we were all a unity rather than seperate. Now when im outside i feel a big connection to what is around me, it really is a nice feeling.

Hang a 12 X 12 inch approx mirror on the wall, pull a chair up to it. At arms length away, dim lights, and focus on the third eye area. The trick is NOT to try to see anything because then your using your conscious mind. JUST RELAX your focus and keep it there..Try not to blink, hard at first..and wait...and be surprised...don't analyze just SEE...IMPROVISE and it won't work!
