I have 7 1/2 years of martial arts experience, and I can say that the way this man was trying to break the board, all the force had to come from how hard and fast he could pull in - an EXTREMELY difficult way to break something. I've never seen anyone break a board that way - everyone always uses a pushing force, like a punch, because it's much easier. If he had someone hold the board and then hit it with his head, instead of the other way around, he would definitely break it.

I've practiced martial arts for 7 and a half years, and he definitely would have broken that board if he was hitting it with his head, instead of hitting his head with it.
