Yeah it works i have one and it starts with a warm up and then u go in the work out mode and it just feels like something grabs ur abs and shakes them lol really fast and hard and then it relaxes and then agian ur not suppose to share it with others until u get more pads though :S

Well if you eat right and use it right there is no reason why it wouldn't work... You are technically working the abs..
