This company could be under a federal grant that pays their employees to provide their serviced free of charge to the public. Ever heard of khan academy? He worked out of his pocket and was awarded over a million dollars from google. I'm sure that this gentleman has already made more from google adsense than from selling his product. like i said.. this should be free.
