Pls cut the crap about thrice being sucky since The indexes because they arent. I gotta amdit I had to listen it a few times before I began to like the albums but every1 can hear in this song, that they are not like other post/hardcore bands but more experimental. What they did in the indexes is great and shows the world that they are real musicians!

Thrice is bigger and better musically than they ever have been. Their old stuff is just that... Old. Dustin himself said that he doesn't like staying in the past and would much rather move forward artistically than to play all the old at their shows.

Grow up. Deadbolt WASN'T their greatest achievement, every new album that comes out IS. Musically and artistically they're at the top of their game.

Thrice is NOT a christian band. Some of its members are RELIGIOUS and just HAPPEN to be christian.

Yes, a good handful of their songs were INSPIRED by christian scripture, it doesn't make the entire band and everything they've done CHRISTIAN. And if it did, so what? There's nothing wrong with religion and if anything we need more wonderful bands like Thrice showing/proving that you don't need hateful lyrics to be amazing artists.

I've seen thrice 3 times now (ironic?) and I am dead serious when I say that they are by far the best live performing band that I have ever seen in my life. They hit absolutely note perfectly, and Dustin's singing and scream are as perfect live as on the albums. If you get a chance, definitely go. I actually got back from their show tonight about an hour ago, so it's quite fresh in my head! So, in summary, they are incredible live!

I just saw them Wednesday 5/2/07 at an intimate venue here in Atlanta and they were really good. Dustin (singer) has a really good voice and he can hit all the notes live which is awesome. They are a very good band.

i usually hear thrice referred to as "Experimental/Rock" which i agree with. each album is different types of music, and just because their songs show emotion i don't see why they should be labeled "emo" and seen as what most people believe to be emo, hate their lives and want to die. Dimebonics4ever -- Thrice's music has always evolved. Compare First Impressions to Identity Crisis, IC to Illusion of Safety, and so on. They've never done the same kind of album twice. Their music has always been naturally progressing and changing. You may not like Vheissu, and that's your call, but I don't think there's any way you can construe them as 'selling out'.
