The reason y apple replaces their products soo easy is because they treat the products like their worth $0.50 and don't care. If u talked to the manager of the store then it wouldn't be soo easy. The employees love people being happy walking outta the store. Dropped my iPod touch 4g and the LCD screen underneath was damaged and they replaced it in no time

The same thing happen to me! I just bought the iPhone 3GS in July 09 and in august I wasn't able to hear the person talking from the earpiece when I would make phone calls so I took it to the apple store and they said they can replace it because they "think" someone opened it and I didn't get it replaced but he did repair the earpiece:) so that voided my warranty, but know I have an iPhone 4 so it's all good:)

When returning a product, it is always a different experience every time. It really depends who you deal with. I had 2 macbook pro adapters that caught on fire at the edges. Went to go see if they could do something for me (they were out of warranty) one gal told me they couldnt do nothing. I went to a different store and one of the guys gave me a new one.

I noticed that since the edges are squared off on those buttons ( as opposed to rounded like the RZOR) that they don't blend well with the body and create an abrupt edge that can easily get caught on anything. I use one of the cases that have a thick shel.. which creates a raised surface around the button. Its a griffin case.
