@SERGEANT619 The truck brand is Autocar, and the model is WXLL. They usually make their trucks for the refuse industry, but they occasionally get orders for trucks with bodies other than refuse bodies, like this one.

Microglass beads. They're responsible for the retro-reflection so that you can see the lines at night.
