Oh please. All this means is the value of homes in the burbs will fall. Then new buyers attracted by lower prices will move in. It also means that jobs once located on the city core will move to the burbs to attract the employees who don't want to drive every day. It also will speed up the move to working at home. This is not the death of the suburb it is the final death blow to the city core. We are looking at the dawn of the day of the Industrial plaza/mall
