I just beat Jet Grind Radio again yesterday. It could possibly be the best game of all time. Action/Platformer/Music all in one mega game. Cel-shading not only worked, but was perfect for this game.

Heavy Metal Geomatrix now those where some fun games back then & had some great graphics to them not bad for and old 128 bit game system.

@Mojoe12321 Really? Check out the Dreamcast ports of quake 3 arena and unreal tournament and compare them to the PS2 versions. People find them to be better looking on the Dreamcast... Even the unreleased Half Life port looks better than the PS2 port. I love dreamcast and PS2, but your statement is invalid.

i realy think cracks start to appear when playing jet set radio with a standard dreamcast controller, the analogue stick is ok for most games but terrible imo on jet set radio.

Definitely agreeing that Project Justice, MvC2, Crazy Taxi, and Jet Grind Radio deserve the love. Jet Grind Radio is a game that desperately needs to be revisited again, now that we could enjoy virtual turf wars online and the ability to upload new music to play to.

Games I felt might have deserved to be on there more (mostly due to personal tastes): Power Stone and The Typing of the Dead.

@GamingandMetal6 Modern games have technically superior graphics, ie, more polygons, higher quality textures, better draw distances, etc, but I still find many last gen games, like Shenmue, Escape from Butcher Bay and God of War more aesthetically pleasing. Uncharted is beautiful though. Graphically, it will be to this generation what those three were to the last.

Crazy Taxi got me into the Offspring and crazy driving, still a favorite today.

Sonic Adventure: First game i got for the dreamcast before i had a memory card (Now i own 4 VMU's) I fucking LOVED this game! Top favorite of all time!

I own 2 dreamcasts, one of them was the original gray one (Got it for my birthday) But the motor stopped working or the laser was busted or something, so now i have one of the limited edition Black Sports ones.
