what were the variables that brought about the inital disruption in Lianne Schmaltz's voice? she is similar to a woman i knew? she always screamed at her adult aged child but would become reclempt, phlegmy, needing to clear her throat, and was unable to speak - upon seeing Lianne talk, it was the "mom i knew"?!
there's something deeper? childhood illness, result from smoking, viral activity, bacteria infection, something?
