@billpennock1951 Not really, because the 14th amendment is very vague in what it protects you from, so basically, that means unelected judges can decide for themselves what they consider to be "privileges and immunities" are. That means that every single law enacted by every single state can be struck down as unconstitutional. The Constitution guarentees free travel between states, so if one state enacts a bad law, you can freely move to another.

Hmm, if you actually read the 14th ammendment it reaffirms our individual rights against state coercion. If you love individual liberty the 14th amendment is your friend not your foe.

In principle agree with what he has to say. My concern is to have the possibility of this corrupt system being replaced with another corrupt one such as a theocracy. True freedom is to say what prayer I want to or to say none at all. People need to have a choice what they can do with their own body. Consenting adults should have sexual freedom with each other. Adults should be able to smoke pot or to refuse vaccinations. Allodial property rights need to be brought back.

If people will learn all this,(that they are Sovereigns in a Republic, not Subjects in a Democracy) then there's the hope that we can return to the Constitution & Common Law, (where there is no injured party there is no crime), and silver & gold are money, which would eliminate this debt-based slavery system we are hooked to now, and so many seem to enjoy.
