  • how to make a doner kebab australian style

  • he burnt it..

  • Wheres the ass burning chilli sauce?

  • to long on the grill ....

  • I actually tweaked the recipe in that I also used beef and chicken and I used less salt.

  • It is burned.shave the burned pieces then return to the barbecue and continue as usual

  • OOWO SAPPIGGFGG

  • This is not a doner kebab, its a lamb bbq kebab

For a start you didnt add any dog, cat or donkey boll*x... Im very disappointed lol

  • nice recipe tho :)

  • @andypocalypse then look for chinese food, eeewww

  • thank you sir

  • man its really Burn.....uslesss ever

  • 10 people don't know what is doner kebab :)

  • in teh description bah! .d

  • my mom can make tuskih pizza (H)

  • the good thing about this guys videos is that they are not shit.

  • I am Turkish, entire point of doner being vertical is not letting fat burn by dipping into fire and give it a bad smell, it is also unhealthy. also you not just can cut meat while cooking, you should, you burned the outside of it, that way you can get your slice before it dries. It is a good start but find an electric one that can be used vertical, and also use more fat, put it between layers, you can also mix with some beef to lessen the lamb odor if you wish.

  • Good i luv turkish food o_O

  • @duhabcdef it was invented in germany

  • @Abthebest13 Don't think so... kebab is turkish food and my friends turkish and doner is a turkish word.

  • @duhabcdef

Doner Kebab is not a traditional Turkish Food. The man who invented the Doner Kebab (rotating roast) died at the age of 87 in 2009 in Germany.

  • @Abthebest13 No it was invented in Turkey and brought to Europe in the 1300.

  • @dzan50 "Doner kebab (Turkish: döner kebabı) is a Greek dish made of roasted meat cooked on a vertical spit." (from wiki)

We made some Greek style Gyros the other day from deer meat, mixed with fennel, etc. Served it on some Naan (flatbread) and it kicked ass!

  • @Xianman06 Exactly. It's a fine looking sandwich, but it's not a traditional kebab. Would be great with pita bread, cooked in some oil on the open flame!

  • @mcshort44 Will do, thanks :)

  • that looks so gooood i hav to get a kebab now

  • @beau1iful1 Thanks :)

  • That looks delicious! :)

  • One thing I read about kebabs is that, at least if you buy one, you should always make sure they cook the meat again once it's cut from the spit. Is that just because commercial spits can be sitting around for quite a while?

  • @darkowl9 Yes it always pays to go to a busy kebab shop. Often they'll shave off the meat and cook it in a pan for a minute before serving it. I think this is more because they're usually only cooked around the outside and raw juices run out from the centre into the cooked meat. This would be especially important for chicken kebabs

  • That looked awesome, I'll have to give it as go for sure.

  • @bald11 Thanks mate, I hope you enjoy!
