If you bought the product from Xtronics. ch and select your Product.

Take a look at the Package contents. There should be a CD-rom with a converter Software.

So take your Video File and convert it to the listet Format in Product Information.

i convert it to smv file, paste it in folder "video" and when i look for the video in watch i can't find it (the computer shows that there is a video file)
