Some good stuff bro, I would recomend training the vaults at full speed (both the approach AND the departure). Also train to bring your legs straight through your arms on wall climbs, it seems to be faster that way. Keep up the good work.
Thanks travis, I usually top out straight through my arms but cheated there out of laziness. I'm going to go back out and get some footage of my vaults at speed, thanks for pointing that out!
