The cutscene where everything explodes freezes the game. I can still press esc and stuff and you can see the people moving their heads and stuff but the cutscene wont stop.

@badboioscar1 Turn off any car mods you have for the car they are driving. I had this problem and it turned out a 4 door car was made into a 2 door car.
