not sure bout levels. i think health bar has to do with a helicopter. look for the hospital near the bridge that goes to the main land. behind the hospital should be a helicopter.

i got it for ps2. i played it for the psp i hate the controls for it. i liek the r3 and l3 and the r2 and l2 buttons on the ps2 version of the game. but its your opinion and i'll respect it.

they're both just as good as each other, if you've played VC or VCS on PS2 already then just go for LC

Probably VCS. There is alot more to do in this game, including fly helicopters, swim, run a property empire and others. Plus you get to play in arguably the best city in the GTA series, Vice City on a handheld.

The Rancher isn't in VCS. The FBI can only be unlocked with a cheat device.
