I didn't figure it out for a while either. When you double-jump with Peach, hold down the jump button instead of pressing it. (Or, if you press up to jump, continue pressing up. You press northwest/northeast to move about in this way.)

I use a video capture device, of course. I use a Miglia TVMax, and the program I use is Elgato EyeTV 2.

In the first match, bowser was trapped by Meoth's coins. I love it when that happens as it is almost a certain knockout!

The first match was great, but the others seemed to get a bit old although I enjoy playing that way myself sometimes. Taunt abuse is fun in the right group!

In the match with Peach vs. Mario...I never knew Peach could float that well. I've seen Meta Knight glide underneath the stage before, but never Peach. That was pretty neat!

I'm not really sure what the reason was for the Corneria match, though it WAS pretty interesting to see that. I might be able to utilize that for Multi-Man Brawl.
