this 'dancing' you see here is the result of the bears brain eating itself from being kept in such confined quarters. Polar bears SHOULD be wandering around vast tundra's, what you're witnessing is like an autistic coping mechanism for lack of stimulation.

It's NOT sedated. The one at the San Diego zoo does the exact same thing. The bears have pretty much lost their mind from being in captivity for years. People who don't know better find it entertaining when they see that at the zoo, but in reality, it's very sad and disturbing to watch...

@06cHa06 the only part that looks looped to me is about half way through. each time he walks it's different up until about the half way point, which then just plays the first half over again. you can tell by where he stands on the edge, the snow flakes in the foreground, several other points of reference too really.

There is ONE loop in this video and it's at 0:36/0:37. So he does it most likely for about thirty seconds. Hell have you seen the kung-fu bear? Not only do we have to worry about polar bears dancing while attacking us, we gotta worry about bear attacks using pole-arms.

@06cHa06 the only part that looks looped to me is about half way through. each time he walks it's different up until about the half way point, which then just plays the first half over again. you can tell by where he stands on the edge, the snow flakes in the foreground, several other points of reference too really.
