  • I never used to like Cochereau's impro's or written pieces but after hearing him play Messiaens Dieu Parmi Nous.....well......nothing else to be said.......

  • I really don't get how anybody couldn't love Cochereau, yet I've found, much to my surprise and dismay, there are people that cannot stand him, I do not get it! He's always been my favorite organist!

  • I'm searching for that book now, I'm pretty curious what's inside that book.

  • its a large format hardcover book (A4) with big photos and specifications of all the cathedral organs in France, its 360 pages long. The ISBN is 2-913883-01-X. I got mine about 7 years ago< I assume its still in print.

  • I am about to get it, I think amazon still sells it. It would wort buying it. Thanks for the ISBN number thoght.

  • I'd like to get a copy as well - dread to think the price though, but I'm sure it's worth it. Wonder if Waterstones sell it???

  • I've never heard of this book...

  • I got mine through the Organ Historical Society in Richmond, VA (check their web site)

  • Great work, as usual. I bought the Cicchero book a couple of years ago. It took about a year after I ordered it to finally get it -- & it didn't have any CD enclosed !! Thanks for letting me catch up on what I missed.

  • Great Thank you! !
