They have a gigantic parking garage - in fact, MOST of the videos on the web just show the parking garage. They don't show the inner part of the building or the offices. The garage is EASY to access - which is why they show it.

This is an auto factory. It is not a "garage". There is a large ramp area where you can enter the complex upper floors with vehicles. The office facade that you speak of Josephine, borders Grand Boulevard - it has no doors or windows currently, and you can walk right through the office sections. most people actually walk through the office part on the way to the factory levels. (what you call a "parking garage")
