i actually just got a transparent tint spray at a local shop. dont remember what the name of the spray was though but i just sprayed till i was happy with how it looked.

Did you tune the car when you put the down pipe on? I thought whenever you mess with the A/F ratio that you got to tune the car.

not if you get the accessport. my cars been running great on the 933 octane perrin map. you have to get a tune if you get a cold air intake because that really messing with your air fuel ratio

I would personally go with the borla as it is deeper and slightly less raspy. Once you go 3+ inch it doesn't really matter-they all flow about the same. From there just get the sound you want. IMO SPT and Perrin are a little raspy.

Oh and without tuning you will get boost spike and wastegate duty cycle issues. However, a good tuner should be able to get rid of that for at least 1st through 4th gear. I am running catless with headers, uppipe, downpipe, borla hush and a polished and ported stock turbo on an 02 wrx and I only get wastegate flutter in 5th gear at low rpms when i put throttle position at 1/2 or greater. All you gotta do is downshift to accelerate instead of spooling the shit out of the turbo at 3000rpms.

Thanks man. I tinted the tailights with a spray. and with the chrome bar i took it out and smoked that also to match. The wrx emblem tho im taking off cause its chipping and the chromes coming through
