  • AS EVERY NATIVE TRIBE WORLDWIDE HAS KOME TO KNOW THE DESTRUCTION OF ITS NATURAL CULTURE DUE TO EUROPEAN CONQUEST FOR GLOBAL DOMINANCE AND CONTROL....SAD...

  • This film was partly filmed by my boyfriend Nakoa Ka'ahanui who also played a short part in here as the messenger...Very well done...

  • I love and respect tha Hawaiian islands. Well done, this is a true story that touched my heart

  • ahana... I remember my kumu showing me this back in elementary! Wow, so long!

  • This made my na'au sore

  • This makes me cryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy ..... Thank you Well done

  • I also want to thank you all for preserving the story, making a very well done presentation of it available...

I strongly believe it is there for us to learn...

  • Part 2/2

With this second vision she got the first thread of an illness

allready existing in space/time that would later also unfold

    in Hawai'i.

At that point more strings should have been pulled...

and the illness brought on the way to healing...

  • Part 1/2

The misery ku'una got a glimpse of in the second vision,

was not a matter limited to the hawai'ian area,

but was/is rather global(or maybe even wider ranged)

    in its nature.

A sad fate for a talented healer like her to be stoned to death,

when just starting to get the grip on bigger things.

She should have had a partner with similarly developing abilities

to assist and possibly guide each other.

  • Not MYTHS These stories and others are passed down through the family line generations all orally...That was the Hawaiian way.

  • Yes, NOT MYTHS! I read King Kalakaua's book "Hawaiian Myths and Legends" and I strongly believe that he, being a highly intelligent man, named the book that only for political reasons. Otherwise I am sure his book would have been destroyed.

  • I like these myths of the Polynesians. Would like to know more about them, even in music and dances.

  • Kia ora for your inspiration to speak for your own olelo o mua. Nga mihi aroha ki a kotou ohana nui loa o Moloka'i. I miss so my dear friends and tuakana Scarlett Ritte and her beautiful ohana. Our thoughts are with you all in Hawai'i our Sacred Home of Living Water. Rotorua sends aloha to you all and wishing all meri kirihimete me te mihi o te tau hou.

  • keu! That Kuuna, boy, she deserves an award!

  • sweeeeeeet!
