This one is American Shaolin, atleast in my country its named that.

A movie few people have seen, but i have seen it, i grew up with it, and to this day, i think its awesome, the beginning is a bit dull, but once "he enters" the thingy, its brilliant and entertaining

I have this movie and the only thing I didn't like about it was the scene where they turn into a quick musical with the monks. Seemed really stupid and unnecessary for the more serious tone they tried to keep the whole time.

there is no second part. there are some videos on youtube that claim to be from american shaolin 2 but that film doesnt exist. like the others this scene is from the one and only american shaolin.
