@certifiedhealthnut Dr. Douillard, DC, recommends using whole herbs (rather than extracts) that are organic or ethically wildcrafted. Whole herbs are used almost exclusively at LifeSpa because they carry the full intelligence and synergy of the plant. LifeSpa does not carry a Bacopa blend with aveno.

Hello everyone!

Just to clear up some confusion, Gingko Biloba, Gotu Kola (Brahmi) and Bacopa are all different herbs. However, they do share some similar properties and are often combined in herbal blends.

I just bought the herb in powdered form 100gms. But found its just too bitter till it caused me to throw out everything after 20 minutes. So now I have bought empty vege. capsules and hope to start taking next week.

@gjs012 Hi. I bought my herb originally from Amazon. I use the Planetary Herbals [Planetary Herbals, Bacopa Extract, 225 mg, 120 Tablets] Planetary Herbals, Bacopa Extract, 225 mg, 120 Tablets. Works great. It also potentiates/prolongs caffeine too. With me it does anyway...

bacopa is awesome....just about as effective as low dose amphetamine...really helps my anxiety, focus, and verbal speech flow.
