I know that it looks crazy, but I suffered with gout symptoms for over four years, and one treatment with ionic detox, took the pain away. It has been almost two years and I have started experiencing pain again in the ball of my foot. I will do ionic detox again.

I would like to see the procedure (along with the addition of sea salt) WITHOUT a foot in it! Nothing in the pan at all and run the "course." Does it change color then? I also wonder if the water has any nasty odor.

The water is mainly changing colors because they are using tap water, Electrolysis will turn tap water all kinds of gunky colors. If you use distilled water, the only electrolyte in the solution would be the oils off your feet, and any added salt. If detox is what you want eat charcoal.

I have those machines and been using them for 6 months and I'll tell you one thing...disregard the color of the water...those machines basically enhances your body to remove the toxins without pills or other detox programs....when I use those machines...I feel like taking a dump...even though I just took one a few hours prior...

don't bother, its a hoax! the salt water is causing the metal rods to rust, hence the rust. Someone repeated this with a barbie doll and it did the same effect!

But what if your Liver or Kidneys don't function properly? My sister is on dialysis and I am considering taking her in to have this done to see if she feels better. She has a 3 yr old and she can't do basic things for him. I don't see where trying this could harm anyone, and if it helps then people should do it.
