Of course anxiety is still there but you don't take it personally and most of all you don't mind the silly anxiety like talking to a girl. But it is most common anxiety...paratroopers have it.

The key is to observe your thoughts not being ruled by it. And it certainly helps to get rid of ego. Silencing feelings is the 'ego-way' of coping with anxiety. Curb the ego anxiety dies away and feelings preserve.

Some forms of SAD can be anything from mild to severe, it's really completely based on the person suffering. The majority of sufferers seem to have trouble in dealing with normal social situations and may often avoid them altogether in order to escape what they perceive as an embarrassing experience. The person suffering also tends to have low self esteem and suffer from states of depression.

It is catch 22 situation but easily breakable once you stop worrying of being humiliated. I bet my balls on that.
