  • My wife is too scared to do p90x2 with me so we have not started it yet and still doing p90x1 because of this. Should she just go ahead and do it? Sh just feels comfortable with p90x1

  • @MrBrynrees If anything, P90X2 is probably a bit more woman-friendly than P90X1. It is less about resistance and weight training as it is about athleticism, balance and coordination. There is also a ton of core engagement work to strengthen the core. If she is afraid or unable to do some of the exercises, each workout shows modifications on how to do less-intense versions!

  • i have been watching your videos for ages now, I love your reviews. Even before I do my workouts sometimes I watch you doing them to motivate me. I hate it when people say you don't have huge muscles, its not about that its all about living a healthy life. I have been doing p90x and insanity/ asylum for 2 years now. I would never go back to my old life without fitness.

  • @MrBrynrees - Thanks for watching! :)

  • looks a cracking workout Tyler :)

but as its my first week on second phase its 'chest back and balance' for me today..i may alternate with V-Sculpt if i feel strong enough.

    good review thanks

  • After seeing your video, It makes me think that I am going to order the 2 bonus workouts soon. V Sculpt has some cool looking exercises.

  • @marthasdemo oh...and i will follow you on Facebook ..

  • you are such an inspiration...and you look fantastic.

  • @cheesesteak20 You will be able to improve on each strength workout if you do them on consecutive weeks rather than alternating IMO
